I invite you to join me on the Mat. No equipment necessary, just your mat, a towel and a bottle of water. This Classical Pilates Class is a refreshing opportunity to focus on YOU and only YOU for an hour. It is your time to synchronize your Body & Breath; challenge your Mind & Ambition; develop Control and and deep Core connection; to access that state of Flow while reveling in the aspiration for exquisite execution of each power-full position and posture. Afterward we settle the heart & soul with a short Breath & Release meditation to open the space for celebration, questions, comments and a short discussion. Nothing set in stone, we go with the energy of the moment. My Classical Pilates Class is my baby! I love the Classical work and look forward to sharing all the exercises with you so you can integrate the essence of the exercises in life's daily movements and postures. The class allows you to understand the transitions as part of the practice, employing every principle into each exercise. You will challenge the tempo some weeks or go deeper with fewer repetitions on other weeks. It is always fascinating to bring clients through this journey, each week unraveling the challenges and building on the strengths. What are the benefits to you: A good cardio workout as your heart rate will be raised. A great strength workout as every cell in your body will be firing with focus and flow and challenged with body weight postures under the eccentric phase of muscle contraction. You will be integrating correct sequential CORE recruitment. Open up tight areas and strengthen weaker ones, Understand and develop new neural pathways to move intelligently and safely. Move with focus so you are injury and pain free, feeling fit, strong and flexible in body, mind, heart & soul.
