This is a 12 session program, either in person or online, over a period of 6 - 12 weeks to best suit your schedule. My Living Pilates approach, teaches you to fully embody the 6 Pilates Principles of CONCENTRATION for deep self-awareness, emphasis on energizing intentioned BREATHING and CENTRING before movement with CONTROL, increasingly creating FLOW while challenging your execution for increased PRECISION. What you learn during this course is for Life. You will learn to disconnect from the stress response that sends your body into Flight, Fright, Freeze response, emerge from disassociation and despair to be able to stimulate the Relaxation Response to stimulate your Rest & Digest state and reclaim control of your health, weight and pleasure. We will: • ASSESS your deviations, tight areas, holding spots to correct to your healthy alignment • CONNECT deeply with your unique breath rhythm, create balance and live in focus • Learn to TRUST yourself with complete SURRENDER that you are doing it right, in the moment The many practices and tools I have developed over the past 19+ years of Pilates Teaching and Mindset & Movement coaching include; 'Long Back Strong Front Stance', physical Centring; my 'ACTS of Courage' (above), a beautiful visceral, very sensual and totally liberating BodyMind & Intuitive process.
